Catherine Balavage started writing at 13, which was a long time after she started reading. She hasn't stopped only for one reason: she can't. Starting with short stories and poetry, she now writers articles for various publications and is currently working on her first novel. She has also written sketch comedy, short scripts and many episodes of the acclaimed comedy web series “Love Tourettes.”

A self-confessed magazine slut, she started Frost magazine. A thinker's lifestyle magazine. It was recently name checked and quoted in The Huffington Post. She has also finished the first draft of her first full length screenplay “Rest, Stop.” A black comedy about death.

Catherine is also an actor and frequently gets to meet her heroes. She is glad to say that she is rarely disappointed.
