Sheila is a professional cynic, poet, singer/songwriter and an expert in word vomit.
In 2009 Sheila was filmed for a year by Channel 4 for a show called YearDot which followed her progress as a singer/songwriter.
During filming Sheila co-wrote with Simon Ellis, a reputable musical director and songwriter, writing hits for bands such as S Club 7 and Javine.
Sheila's poetry and lyrics usually deal with conflict, whether with the self or with others, however, there is often an underlying humour which reflects how various people deal with difficult situations.
Sheila is currently a student of Creative Writing at Kingston Univeristy.
